本隱私權政策說明「Koiden」（以下稱「本 App」）在 iPhone、iPad、Mac 與 Apple Vision Pro 上，會如何處理與你有關的資訊。使用本 App，即代表你同意本政策所述的做法。若你不同意，請不要使用本 App。
本 App 的核心設計是「資料留在你手上」：你建立的品牌資料庫（季度、款式、工藝單、版型、色票、供應商、排程、記帳與收據等所有內容）只會存在你自己選擇的資料夾裡（例如你的裝置，或你自己的 iCloud 雲碟）。我們（開發者）沒有任何伺服器會接收、儲存或備份這些內容，也無法讀取這些檔案。
具體來說，我們不會收集：你的姓名、地址、電話、Email 等個人聯絡資訊（App 不需要註冊帳號）；你建立的商品資料、圖片、工藝單、供應商與合作夥伴資料；你的記帳、發票與收據；你的裝置位置資訊。
本 App 透過 Apple 的 App Store 提供自動續訂訂閱（月費與年費方案，含免費試用）。所有付款、帳單資訊（例如信用卡卡號）皆由 Apple 直接處理與保管，我們完全看不到、也不會儲存這些資訊。
為了管理與驗證訂閱狀態，本 App 使用第三方服務 RevenueCat。當你購買或還原購買時，RevenueCat 會代表我們處理交易驗證資訊（例如訂閱是否生效、到期日、方案類型），並產生一組「匿名的 App 使用者識別碼」來記住你的訂閱狀態。RevenueCat 不會取得你的姓名、Email 或信用卡資訊，我們也不會把它用於廣告或行為追蹤。

本 App 只會讀寫你「主動選擇」的資料夾（例如「Koiden 資料庫」），不會存取其他未經你同意的檔案，也不會在背景掃描你的裝置。
照片：你加入商品照、款式圖、布樣、Logo，或要從照片取色時，由你透過系統的照片或檔案選擇器手動挑選；App 只會讀取你選的那幾張，並存進你的資料夾。
相機：只在你按下「掃描發票／收據」或選色畫面的「拍照取色」時才會使用。掃描的影像在你的裝置上辨識（發票 QR Code、收據文字），辨識結果與你選擇保留的收據圖片存進你的資料夾，不會上傳到我們的伺服器。拍照取色只在你的裝置上即時計算畫面中間的顏色、找出最接近的色號，影像不會存下來，也不會上傳。
下列功能預設關閉，只有在你自己填入金鑰或帳號、並主動按下同步或查詢時，App 才會直接從你的裝置連到該服務。資料不會經過我們。
Shopify：你可以填入自己商店的網域與 API 金鑰，同步訂單金額、日期、貨號與庫存，或把款式建立成商品草稿。App 不會讀取顧客的姓名、地址、Email 或電話。金鑰只存在你這台裝置的鑰匙圈（Keychain），不會寫進資料夾，也不會傳給我們。
財政部電子發票平台：掃描發票 QR Code 後查詢品項，或用你的手機條碼載具匯入發票時，App 會把發票號碼或載具資料直接送到財政部電子發票平台（api.einvoice.nat.gov.tw）查詢。你的 AppID 與載具驗證碼只存在你這台裝置的鑰匙圈。
這些服務適用各自的隱私權政策。你可以隨時在 App 設定中移除金鑰或中斷連結。
你可以在排程月曆裡新增行程並選擇要不要提醒。若你開啟提醒，App 會請求系統的「通知」權限，在你指定的時間顯示本機通知。提醒完全在你的裝置上排程與顯示，不經過任何伺服器。你可以隨時在系統設定關閉本 App 的通知；款式的製作排程不會發送通知。
不投放廣告；不使用任何廣告或行為追蹤 SDK（例如 Google Analytics、Facebook SDK）；不會將你的資料出售、出租或分享給第三方做行銷；不會跨 App／跨網站追蹤你（不涉及 App Tracking Transparency 追蹤）；不收集任何使用分析或當機記錄。
本 App 平時不需要網路也能使用。會連網的情況只有：(1) 向 Apple 與 RevenueCat 驗證訂閱；(2) 你自己啟用的 Shopify、電子發票查詢；(3) 你把資料夾放在 iCloud 雲碟時，由 Apple 的 iCloud 服務同步檔案（適用 Apple 的隱私權政策）。這些連線都不會把你的品牌資料傳給我們。
本 App 內建的 1,995 色是我們自己產生的色票，不含任何第三方色彩公司的資料。你匯入的色票檔只存在你的資料夾裡，請確認你有權使用這些檔案。
本 App 是提供給服飾品牌與企業的產品開發管理工具，並非設計給兒童使用，我們不會刻意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。
由於資料留在你自己選擇的位置，資料安全主要取決於你的裝置與帳號（例如裝置密碼、iCloud 帳號）的保護措施，建議定期備份資料夾。你可以隨時刪除該資料夾來清除本 App 建立的所有內容；刪除 App 本身不會刪掉你的資料庫資料夾。訂閱到期後，你的資料不會被鎖住，仍然可以查看與匯出。
你可以隨時在「設定 → Apple 帳號 → 訂閱項目」（或 App 內的「管理訂閱」）查看、變更或取消訂閱。因為我們沒有蒐集你的個人資料，一般不會有「刪除我的個人資料」的需要；有任何資料處理相關問題，歡迎透過下方方式聯絡我們。
我們可能會不定期更新本政策，修改會反映在本頁面並更新頁首的「最後更新日期」。若有重大變更，我們會盡合理努力透過 App 內公告或其他方式通知你。

This Privacy Policy explains how "Koiden" (the "App") handles information related to you on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Koiden is designed so your data stays with you. Your brand library (seasons, styles, tech packs, patterns, swatches, suppliers, schedules, bookkeeping and receipts) is stored only in a folder you choose — on your own device or in your own iCloud Drive. We (the developer) do not operate any server that receives, stores or backs up this content, and we cannot access these files.
Specifically, we do not collect: your name, address, phone number, email or other contact information (no account is required); the product data, images, tech packs, supplier and partner details you create; your bookkeeping entries, invoices or receipts; or your device location.
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly, with a free trial) through Apple's App Store. All payment and billing details (such as credit card numbers) are handled and stored directly by Apple — we never see or store them.
To manage and verify subscription status, the App uses a third-party service, RevenueCat. When you purchase or restore, RevenueCat processes the transaction verification data on our behalf (whether the subscription is active, its expiration date and plan) and generates an anonymous app-user identifier to remember your status. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email or card details, and we never use it for advertising or tracking.

The App only reads and writes the folder you explicitly choose (e.g. "Koiden Library"). It does not access other files without your permission and does not scan your device in the background.
Photos: when you add product photos, sketches, fabric swatches or a logo, or pick a color from a photo, you choose them yourself through the system photo or file picker. The App only reads the items you select and saves them to your folder.
Camera: used only when you tap "Scan invoice/receipt" or "Pick from camera" in the color picker. Scans are recognized on your device (invoice QR codes, receipt text); the results and any receipt images you choose to keep are saved to your folder and never uploaded to us. Picking from camera measures the color at the center of the view on your device to find the closest color codes; the images are not saved or uploaded.
The features below are off by default. The App connects to these services directly from your device only after you enter your own keys or account details and choose to sync or look something up. Nothing passes through us.
Shopify: you can enter your own store domain and API credentials to sync order amounts, dates, SKUs and inventory, or to create product drafts from your styles. The App does not read customers' names, addresses, emails or phone numbers. Your credentials are stored only in this device's Keychain — never in your folder and never sent to us.
Taiwan Ministry of Finance e-invoice platform: when you look up items after scanning an invoice QR code, or import invoices from your mobile barcode carrier, the App sends the invoice number or carrier details directly to the platform (api.einvoice.nat.gov.tw). Your AppID and carrier verification code are stored only in this device's Keychain.
These services are subject to their own privacy policies. You can remove your credentials or disconnect at any time in the App's settings.
You can add events to the schedule calendar and choose whether to be reminded. If you turn a reminder on, the App asks for Notifications permission to show a local notification at the time you set. Reminders are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device and never pass through any server. You can turn notifications off anytime in System Settings; production-schedule steps never send notifications.
No advertising; no advertising or behavioral-tracking SDKs (no Google Analytics, no Facebook SDK); we never sell, rent or share your data for marketing; no cross-app or cross-site tracking (no App Tracking Transparency tracking); and no usage analytics or crash reporting.
The App works offline for everyday use. It only goes online to (1) verify your subscription with Apple and RevenueCat; (2) run the Shopify or e-invoice features you turned on; and (3) sync files through Apple's iCloud if you keep your folder in iCloud Drive (subject to Apple's privacy policy). None of these send your brand data to us.
The App's 1,995 built-in colors are our own and contain no data from any third-party color company. Swatch files you import are stored only in your folder; please make sure you have the right to use them.
The App is a product-development tool for apparel brands and businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Because your data stays where you keep it, its security depends mainly on how you protect your devices and accounts (device passcode, iCloud account). We recommend backing up your library folder regularly. You can delete everything the App created by deleting that folder; deleting the App does not delete your library folder. If your subscription ends, your data is not locked — you can still view and export it.
You can view, change or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or with "Manage Subscription" in the App. Since we don't collect personal data, requests to delete it generally don't apply; if you have any questions about our data practices, please contact us below.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will appear on this page with the "Last updated" date revised. For material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you in the App or by other means.
